Having taken up Sarah's kind offer to return to have my glasses sorted out following a very poor experience of fitting, I am delighted to say the issue has been fully resolved. Yesterday my glasses were adjusted and refitted by Chris. He was extremely proficient, and his attention to detail was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, clearly an expert in this very precise process. This latest experience has restored my faith in the excellent service that, until the previous experience, was always provided.

Immensely impressed with the service I received yesterday. At very short notice the staff went out of their way to provide me with some new glasses after mine had broken and I had a long drive to make on Sunday.
