I visited this post office on March 31st between 4:30-5:00 PM to deposit cash, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member( a guy) at the till was incredibly rude for no reason. Instead of providing basic customer service, they were dismissive and unprofessional, making the entire process unpleasant. I definitely avoid this location in the future
I expect better treatment from a customer service provider, especially at a place as essential as the post office. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to improve staff attitude and professionalism.

Horrible service looks like they have been asking people to put fake 5 start review. Long queue with one staff who is on personal call while serving customers. Looks like this post office staff only want to miss sell customers expensive postage to make more money. I asked for her to send my documents by track and sign and without providing any option straight away she send it by special delivery. When I went back to my office they said why I posted with special delivery when there are cheaper options like Track 24 and track 48. Will never use them again.

Only one staff working the counter usually but queue times are short as the queue moves quickly. Always greeted with a friendly smile and speedy service. Can’t complain, couldn’t ask for more for a post office in such a convenient location.
