It has been nearly year now when we finally recovered from our new house build nightmare in Lincolnshire. Wilton Studios designed all the bathrooms for us and we used our plumbers to install them. The owner of the Studio Ashley came to our new build house and took all the measurements himself. He offered an excellent service and sounded trustworthy. Our nightmare dealing with them started when wrong tiles had been delivered to the building site. The tilers obviously couldn't start their job and everything went out of schedule. My husband had to find a quick way to return the wrong tiles and pick up the right ones to save everyones time , of course, travelling in his own car during his working hours. There were many more times when they send us wrong tiles, cupboards that won't fit ( wrong measurements ) and other wrong items ...Our plumbers were dealing with them over the phones as well as my husband wasted so much of his working time and nerves by travelling forwards and backwards to sort out the things. The design of our bathrooms was done by Aimee who later when we pointed out the obvious design mistakes refused to take her responsibility and blamed our plumbers... I sent an email to Ashley asking to come to our house and see how does this design looks in a real life but had NO response! Absolutely shocking customer service and the whole experience dealing with this unprofessional company. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!

Excellent! We can not really fault the service from start to finish. Advice about the tiles, the placement and colours really helped make up our mind. Follow this with a professional tiler who we feel certainly puts in the effort... we can not thank them enough and will look to them again for any future tiling projects!

Found tiles we wanted, arranged quote, changed mind a little, (as you do)
Called and accepted quote, have tried to arrange for works to be carried out on at least 3 separate occasions. Have spoken to office, apparently boss is always out or "on site". Can only think they do not want our work. I have gone elsewhere now, will never bother them again or indeed recommend them.

Wilton Studios have just finished tiling my kitchen floor - bathroom, and kitchen wall to follow shortly. From the folk in the office to the people at the sharp end they have been both cheerful and professional. An excellent job thus far, both in advice and execution. Flexibility to make changes on the hoof, and a willingness to do additional jobs not in the original brief, were an added bonus.

Appaulled, My integrity is worth more than £27.75. Because my invoice for £750 order of tiles arrived 5 days later and I had no way of checking the number of tiles I received was correct, I was 15 tiles short to cpmplete my floor but one box I received wasn't a full box of 43 tiles, had it been correct I would have had the right number of tiles to do the job. Wilton Studios basically disputes my honesty, I feel utterly insulted. Speaking directly with 'origional style' company, they say my contract is with Wilton Studios, wow, Mr Riggall is sadly lacking in customer service, upsetting and insulting a customer for £28, shocking and disgraceful.
