Great value skip... and then upgraded free of charge to 8yds as they had run out of 6yds. Delivery driver had to make two visits... our fault entirely as I didn't here him knock, but v cheerful and friendly, delivered it to where we wanted it to go. Cheerful customer services on the phone. Prompt returns. All round lovely people to deal with.

Went with our middle son and trailer to pick up 300 Brize blocks in 2 x journey. The staff were friendly and affection. Interesting how they make the block its a big site. Very happy with are visit.

Thank you wiltshire concrete on your service, from picking up the phone to the delivery. Everything handled incredibly well even on a bank holiday Friday afternoon.
People are very quick to criticise or complain a small mistake or problem that’s out of our control but are very slow when it comes to complimenting a good job so thank you.

Tony was great, customer service 1st class, he helped with my order and confirmation email sent when discussed. I booked my concrete delivery for 8am on the Monday, which I advised was to align with a concrete pump and skilled workers to lay a slab in my house renovation.

Came to the Monday and everything fell apart. 8am came and went and when I called to chase was told that the plant had run out of cement, the delivery to them was delayed and that my delivery would be around 10am.

When I said this is likely to push the time slot over for the pump and I'll be charged extra Wiltshire Concrete replied saying its company policy not to refund for these kind of situations because 'that is the concrete industry'.....

In my mind, this is like a pub running out of beer, they shouldn't be running out of a key product for their core business. The plant should be ordering material to be delivered more than a day before they run out, I mean the customer deliveries are booked in advance so they should know what they need and what they have days in advance.

So all in all a mixed experience let down by not delivering what was agreed and paid for at the agreed time....
Maybe not an issue for a commercial project with a massive budget but for a diy'er where every penny counts, very disappointing service and attitude from Wiltshire Concrete.

Avoid. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Failed to deliver 3 orders. Still waiting for a refund for the last 'failed' delivery. Kept waiting 4/5 hours and was continually misled about the Driver on route - it was all lies. Poor management - Managing Director Mr McQuiad blames suppliers and his staff for 'terrible service' at Wiltshire Concrete. Berkshire Concrete is the same company.

If I could give no stars I would. Over 2 and a half hours late but I can deal with that . They asked for the measurements of the footing and delivered 2.5 cubic meters more than what we needed. They refused to take the rest back and dumped it on the job . Not only do we have to pay to take it away now , they refuse to let us off for the 2.5 cubes they over ordered. Never use them again
