We had a new back door fitted a two days ago and we are very pleased with the product. The workmen were very efficient and tidied up well at the end.
It is too early to comment on the lasting quality of the door, but so far so good.

It all started so well and to be honest the windows were fitted nicely and they look good.
The door is another story and almost a year old now ! still no resolution just them blaming the customer (us) or the supplier in this case Solidoor ?!
I wouldn't even give them one star for customer service sadly.......
So disappointed their attitude and want to resolve? We cannot even get our Fensa certificate for the windows even though we had fully paid for them?
Intimidation tactics have also started by them and damaging my property then refusing to repair even though they eventually admitted doing the damage! Do not use these people if you want to be looked after, spending your very hard earned money to improve your home !

This company definitely not worth one star. Similar to other review, I had a problem with a Solidor front door with water leaking through glass and letterbox. Had one failed repair, which I was bullied into accepting.
Refused further repairs although I was put under huge pressure to accept another repair. The law was on my side for a replacement. Wiltshire glass said Solidor would not replace, it was another repair or we would have to find another supplier and they would refund us and remove the faulty door. Which we did. Rude, aggressive, bullying, never their fault. No communication, e mails not answered. Wrote to the managing director outlining all issues. No reply, which was no surprise. I consider myself lucky that the consumer rights law changed prior to our installation in October 2015 which they did not know anything about.
Avoid this company at all costs.
