Lovely historic building repurposed. Walking distance of Three Bridges Station and close to bus route. Excellent clean meeting room facilities with tea and coffee, WiFi and screen for remote attendees. Parking on site. Staff very helpful. Will be going back.

Located on the corner of Balcombe Road and Turners Hill Road within 1 mile of Three Bridges mainline railway station, only minutes from Crawley town centre by car. The building itself was probably built in the 1950s or early 1960s, and the management is doing a good job in upkeeping its original interior.

Almost no parking space ever. Went there half an hour before closing time, but the parking lot is so small that it was already full. Had to park almost 1 mile away, so by the time i got back, the place was already closed.
