Following a lot of research on Solar Energy Yeames Ltd stood out way above a number of other companies for their all round package; state of the art products, excellent warranties, outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. When it came to fitting, their contractors were very impressive. Atlas scaffolding erected a robust structure front and back, that was praised by a builder friend of ours as being some of the best he has seen on a domestic property and James, the fitter, was fabulous; his work ethic for a young man was impressive and the quality of his work second to none. He talked us through the entire fit and helped set up and explain the software. Our thanks go out to Gary and his team, Oliver in sales who was so helpful during and after the purchase, James, Patrick and Erik, who oversaw the fit and Diane who administered the sale. I am a big supporter of doing business with local, rather than national, companies and Yeames Ltd are a fantastic local company to work with; I would wholeheartedly recommend them with 5 stars.

We were looking to have some solar panels installed at Jojo's and settled on Yeames to carry out the work. They were very helpful from the start showing us different options available and helped us choose the best system for our requirements. The installation was carried out with the minimum of fuss (when the wind died down) and was soon up and running and cutting down on our energy costs. We found the whole team from Yeames to be helpful and knowledgeable from the office to the engineers and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Yeames sales team were friendly and informative. After doing some research and getting numerous quotes we decided to go with Yeames as they offered the product we wanted.

As soon as we had booked them in and paid a deposit the service was awful. The installation team didn't turn up several times, arrived late, broke roof tiles, dropped a solar panel off of the scaffolding and said they'd finished installing when they hadn't. The project manager was very difficult to contact and was not honest about his installation team. Eventually Yeames had to hire a different team to complete the job from an external company. The work was supposed to take 1.5 days and took 17!

The only decent service was from the commissioner and the receptionist, everyone else was incompetent. The products themselves work well and we liked the microinverters however the service meant it wasn't worth it.

A very disappointing service with many poorly trained staff and clear evidence that this is standard practice for Yeames. We would not recommend them at all.

The installers were brilliant and hard working, installing our extra solar panels, inverter and batteries - they made a lovely job of it all. The company sorted out the paperwork etc quickly and thoroughly and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend them.
