We first purchased our single head embroidery machine from Paul back in 2020, throughout the last 5 years we get regular calls to touch base ( not annoyingly regular) from Paul and Jean-Paul, both are so helpful and friendly, we didn't hesitate to go back to them for our next big upgrade! We wouldn't look anywhere else. Highly recommend Y.E.S!

DO NOT BUY A PRINT MACHINE FROM YES LTD AND ESPECIALLY PAUL BURGESS. Paul sold us a DTF printer and within 8 month the print head had gone. we have bought print machines for years and we would expect these to be covered. Not with YES. Paul told me about how other companies don't have good warranties and that the companies don't support the machines, yes is different. well that is a load of rubbish. The warranty is useless and they basically wash their hands of the machine. that is unless you take their every 6 month service costing £1000 which does basically nothing to the machine. so within 8 month we would need to pay £1000 for the service and £1500 for the print head. HMMMM sounds like a good machine.
The tech people are great at trying to help but the Rogue Salesman Paul Burgess should be avoided at all costs. he will sell you a product that doesn't fit the bill and then leave you with a big invoice to pay them to fix it. I am currently talking to the lease company as this machine is garbage. see other reviews their DTF machines are absolute Rubbish. If YES call or Paul Burgess, hang up. if YES or Paul feels any of this is unfair then feel free to call us directly.

I purchased a 2 head DTF printer full package from Yes Ltd, and while the initial order process was smooth, my experience quickly went downhill after installation. Within a week, the printer developed issues, specifically with the print head. Fortunately, there was a 1-year warranty on the print heads, and Yes Ltd promptly sent engineers to replace it. However, the same problem reappeared after just two weeks.

This is where things became frustrating. The engineers offered to replace the print head again but requested an additional £2.5k for the part and full installation. This wasn’t acceptable to me, so I opted to use a third-party service instead. Although the replacement helped, I continued to have issues with print quality. Finally, I decided to switch from Yes Ltd’s inks to another vendor, and miraculously, the problems stopped.

Throughout this experience, I had numerous calls with the owner and engineers at Yes Ltd. Unfortunately, I found their customer service to be unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re considering purchasing from them, think twice. They seemed more interested in milking me for extra fees than in providing real support. I regret choosing Yes Ltd and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I started our business in 2006 with one single head compact SWF machine...That old lady is still running like a dream but we have it permanently set up for caps now. Our full range of machines is 2 x dual Function units plus 2 more single head compacts. A total of 7 heads. They all work all day every day. I would not go for any other make of machine. SWF have always served me well and the support from Y.E.S. has been excellent.

Great advice on our new print system. Demo day at the YES showroom, follow up calls and emails to confirm site installation. Engineer install and follow up visit all spot on.
