Neil did a fantastic job from start to finish. He fitted a gas fire and a limestone surround.
He was friendly, turned up as soon as we were ready for him and stayed until the job was completed to his own high standards.
The price he quoted was very competitive and he also arranged for a roofer to help put in a flue.
I would highly recommend him.

Neil, Yorkshire Fireplace Fitter did a beautiful job of fitting our new marble fireplace. He took out the existing gas fire and fireplace, made good a botched job left by the previous gas fitter by putting in new pipe work and opening the aperture behind the fire making good the brickwork and servicing the gas fire all before starting to build the fireplace. He then refitted the gas fire. His attention to detail was second to none, the fireplace looks stunning. He covered all the furniture and cleaned up when he had finished. All in all a thoroughly professional job,

I contacted Neil on a Saturday to arrange a time to replace a switch on my fireplace and he offered to come on the following Monday.  The repair wasn't a straight forward one but Neil took the necessary extra time to ensure that the repair was done and even cleaned the inside of the suite before reassembling it together.  The service I received exceeded my expectations and the price for completion of the job was very fair indeed.  I would highly recommend Neil to anyone and will most certainly use his services again.

Highly recommend quick & efficient to arrange & complete work.
I had a fire surround & hearth removed, fire had already been removed but needed the gas pipe capping of properly. All work carried out & boarded as I wasn’t replacing the fire or surround.

Neil was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. With help from his lovely sidekick Geoff they installed 2 identical solid marble fire surrounds for us. Neil is a perfectionist and this is evident in the quality of his work and the finished result. Would highly recommend.
