This guy is a con artist. If you want a stress free experience then DO NOT use this person. He will take your money and tell you all sorts of lies. He lies about receiving emails from officials to make it out that they are not doing their job corrrectly and has been caught out. He will not finish your job without trying to get extra money out of you first. He swears to his clients on the phone. He doesn't like women and taking instructions from them (he told me so), unless he is getting money out of them. Ask anyone in Blackburn about him and they will laugh first and then tell you to stay away from this crook. If I could give him zero stars then I would.

Desparate for money ! First say won’t do nothing without paying deposit then go and do the plans then come knock on the door and say your plan is ready because he wants his £580 ! I thought he is a decent guy but Nop ! I paid him £200 because he went and do my planning which he said it was very easy for me to do then say Your planning was hard took me ages to do I need my money and I will not pay this guy any more money as he did said he gonna take it further Uncle you to a head and do that it was your choice to do the plans without me paying deposit to you I still felt sorry and paid £200 for you pathetic work ! Do not use him guys he will make your life miserable by ringing you everyday for his money
