Went in there today to a teenage boy stood there in his pjs, who works there. Why on earth is he wearing his pjs at WORK? A lady behind the tills on the phone to someone. I got my items and put on the tills and waited patiently. The lady on the phones said “sorry I have to go as a customer is waiting”. She served me then picked the phone and say to the lady on the phone “sorry about that an inpatient lady came in and had to disturb our conversation”. I was very cross and unhappy about this as this isn’t the FIRST TIME WITH THIS STAFF AT THE SHOP! Other staff at the shop, are absolutely fine! For now on, I am going to use the news agent as they are better than this shop! And they will respect their customers

Asked for a kitchen cleaning product that was not stocked, and 2 days later get a text to say there are some in... Can't ask for better service than that... And a bonus the product is excellent...Staff always happy to help...

Excellent range of good quality products at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Before we moved here we used to have a Tesco delivery every week, no need now, we can get most things in the village.
