BAD SERVICE, BAD BOSS, POOR QUALITY**

I went to the warehouse in Pritchett street Birmingham, showed the boss (Ishamil) a picture of previous wardrobes that I purchase from him and asked him to make the same again. 2 doubles and 2 singles. Paid for it in full and organised my own man and van as they don’t offer delivery. 2 days later my man and van dropped the furniture costing me £50 and I noticed the mirrors on the wardrobes were completely in the wrong place and was not what i asked for. Got on the phone to Ishamil who agreed to swap the doors for me with the mirrors in the correct place. So being completely inconvenienced I removed the doors myself, put them in the back of the car and drove 35mins to the warehouse to swap the doors. Slightly annoyed but thought at least he was nice enough to swap the doors so left on good terms. Drove 35mins back home with the “NEW” doors, unwrapped the protective film only to find the whole edge of the door had previously been damaged and had been filled in with white putty to try and cover the damage, and I’m talking the whole edge of the door from top to bottom (see in picture). Granted only 1 out of the 2 “NEW” doors was in this condition. By this time I am completely annoyed to a point where I’m slamming doors at home in fury. Another 35min drive back to the warehouse and Ishamil again swaps 2doors after having me sat around for almost half an hour in the warehouse. At this point, well within my rights, I asked Ishamil what was going to be done about the inconvenience I have suffered and the 3 hours it has taken me travelling back and forward to correct these 2 doors. I asked for a partial discount which he refused, I asked him to at least cover the £50 removal fee that I paid to get the wardrobes delivered in the 1st place, he refused. I asked for a refund in full and return of the goods, which he accepted but said I had to get them back to the warehouse. So basically pay another £50 to get them back to the warehouse. Which I obviously was not happy about. He told me I was rude for evan asking, told me he’s replaced the doors what more do I want. Told me he would happily refund me but didn’t want to accept the fact that it cost me £50 to get them delivered and would cost me another £50 to return them. I would like everybody to know about the bad level of service I received and how badly they tried to rip me off and palm me off with previously damaged doors. Ohhh ye not forgetting the extra holes inside where they obviously put ye handle In the wrong place.
